Tsitsi is a Research Associate at Vitaccess.
Her role is integral to the patient-centered outcomes team’s capabilities in designing and developing real-world research projects, through her support of qualitative and quantitative protocol development and implementation, coordination of ethical approval strategies and submissions, and client management. She further plays a key role in business development and thought leadership activities.
Tsitsi has extensive experience spanning academic research, educational leadership, clinical research consultancy, and regulatory activities. During her career, she has been involved in the establishment of an Early Phase Clinical Trials Unit, overseen the development and implementation of pharmaceutical care and pharmacovigilance initiatives, and contributed to scientific dissemination. She has also participated in the regulation of medicines and health research as a committee member of the Zimbabwe Medicines Control Authority and the Medical Research Council.
Tsitsi holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy Honors degree and a PhD in Clinical Pharmacology from the University of Zimbabwe, as well as an MSc in Clinical Trials from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
She lives in Buckingham with her husband and three children. Outside of work, she enjoys nature walks, photography, travelling, and tasting traditional cuisine and street food.
