Mr Miron Lila

Miron Lila has over 17 years of healthcare-focused corporate finance, capital markets, and M&A experience. Miron is SVP and Head of Corporate Development & Investor Relations at Caidya, a global mid-sized clinical CRO, where he is responsible for leading all strategic, M&A and financing initiatives, in addition to overseeing the Reporting and Treasury functions.

Prior to joining Caidya in July 2021, Miron spent 13 years in healthcare investment banking with Citi in both London and Hong Kong, where he played a key role in establishing Citi’s healthcare franchise in Asia, and was last Co-Head of Citi’s Asia Pacific healthcare team. During his time at Citi, Miron successfully completed over 30 transactions which include multiple landmark life sciences financings, in addition to developing a broad spectrum of senior-level relationships with an Asia and global geographic scope. 

Based in Hong Kong, Miron is also a member of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Committee, which acts as an independent decision-maker and an advisory body for the Exchange.
