Emma is a Senior Medical Writer at Vitaccess.
She provides direction and oversight to our medical writing work, ensuring that we deliver clear and accurate content.
Emma works across both our digital real-world evidence studies and standalone consulting projects. Her input into our studies begins during protocol development, following which she works closely with our marketing and design teams to develop participant-facing application content and communication materials. Emma’s expertise enables us to develop and execute strategic publications plans that help our clients to maximize the value of the data generated by their studies.
Her involvement at every stage means that you can be confident that Vitaccess will deliver knowledgeable and consistent content across the lifespan of your study, from protocol through to publication.
Emma has worked in healthcare market access consultancy and value communication for the past eight years. She is experienced in the development of study protocols, publications, patient-facing materials, literature reviews, and a range of market access materials.
Emma has worked across a broad range of therapy areas, including rare diseases, immunology, virology, neurology, infectious diseases, and blood disorders.
She has been published in peer-reviewed journals in a number of disease areas, and has authored numerous abstracts and posters at scientific, pharmacoeconomic, and patient-centric conferences.
Emma gained her degree in Biological Sciences at Oxford University.
She lives with her husband in London, but is a countryside lover at heart. She plans to move back “up north” soon to live out her dream of escaping to the country.
