Victoria Robins, MSc, BSc (Hons), PGCert

Victoria is an Associate Consultant in the Patient-Focused Research team at Vitaccess. 

 Her role involves project management, liaising with clients and other stakeholders, and leading the development of study deliverables. Victoria has worked since 2019 within the field of patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs). Prior to working at Vitaccess, Victoria was a Research Assistant within the Patient Centred Outcomes Research (PCOR) Group at the University of Leeds, which involved working on a European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC) scoping review aiming to develop a set of guidelines for the development of PROMs in cancer clinical trials, and research to evaluate an online self-management intervention for patients diagnosed with cancer. Victoria has also worked in Market Research, been an Honorary Assistant Psychologist, and has worked as a Teaching Assistant at a School for children with Special Educational Needs. 

 Victoria has experience in quantitative and qualitative research, and conducting research locally, nationally and internationally. Victoria has presented at conferences and for various stakeholders, has had posters at conferences, and her work has been published in an internationally recognised, peer-reviewed journal. 

 Victoria has completed a PhD (pending minor amendments) on physical functioning (as measured by PROMs) after treatment for breast cancer and the impact of age, a MSc in Health Psychology, a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology, and a PGCert in Provision for Children with Developmental Disorders.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time with her family and friends, the outdoors, and going to the gym, swimming and doing yoga.
