Natalie Douglas is a highly experienced healthcare executive and entrepreneur with over 25 years in the life sciences industry. She began her career at Johnson & Johnson and went on to lead a successful private equity-backed buyout of IDIS (now Clinigen), serving as CEO and overseeing its sale.

She later became CEO of Healthcare at Home (now Sciensus), where she strengthened operational capabilities and relationships with the NHS. Currently, she is the founder of Lucidity LLC and RealiTi Health, and serves as Chair at Entia Ltd and TidalSense.

Natalie also advises and invests in several healthcare and tech ventures across Europe and the U.S. Her broad expertise includes pharmaceuticals, medical devices, digital health, and data analytics.
