What a year!

As we approach the end of the year, the members of our Consulting team take a minute to revisit some of their favorite work moments from 2025.

Akosua: Launching two real-world studies and being able to work with our TechOps team to implement new features on the Vitaccess Real platform has been really fun, plus attending ISPOR Europe in Glasgow.

Akosua Ofori
Ciara: Being able to work across a wide range of different study methodologies. I have learnt so much about what goes into different types of studies (it has also been super fun!).
Dan: One of the highlights was a successful client workshop in Paris. It was a great way to start my year with Vitaccess, spending time with colleagues whilst enjoying the delicious pastries.

Daniel Aggio
Ellie Bowmar
Ellie: Joining Vitaccess at the start of 2025 and working with the team in general. I have learnt so much in just a year and time flies when you are having fun!
Emma: Seeing colleagues in person at our Nottingham hub meet up. Working from home has a lot of perks, but it’s always nice to see people and have a good catch up.

Emma Bagshaw
Fatemeh Amini
Fatemeh: I was lucky enough to go to the 15th International MGFA on Myasthenia and Related Disorders in the Netherlands this year. It was a brilliant opportunity to meet clinical and patient experts from across the world who we’d only met virtually up to that point – we managed to squeeze some delicious meals in as well, of course!
Gery: She’s not here to answer for herself, but we’re fairly confident she would say her best moment from this year was having a baby!
Geraldine Hall
Hanna Skrobanski
Hanna: Delivering a successful company-wide training session on best practices in qualitative research and facilitating the interesting discussions that followed. Having joined the company in June, this was a great way to get to know the team.
Jack: A highlight of the year was getting to present the findings from a targeted review at the PROMs conference in Birmingham to a lecture theatre of academics and professionals. Another moment that sticks out was the Banksy (and much, much more) walking tour of Bristol the team embarked on in March!

Kiran: It has been great to be welcomed into such a great team and working on such diverse projects. I have fond memories of being welcomed into the team with a box full of huge cinnamon rolls. While learning the ropes, I had those right beside me…they were not there for long!
Liv: Meeting the team in Reading before my official start date was such a highlight. I was a bit nervous at first, but everyone’s warm welcome made me feel at home right away.
Geraldine Hall
Sam Llewellyn
Sam: Delivering a successful in-person workshop at ISOQOL in Milwaukee, focused on advancing patient preference research alongside some wonderful collaborators – a fantastic opportunity to share insights and foster discussion on how patient perspectives can shape better healthcare decisions.
2025 has been a fast-paced, fun (and occasionally frantic!) year at Vitaccess. We wish all our clients, friends, and collaborators a happy and restful end to the year, and are looking forward to working with you all again in 2026.
