The 29th annual ISOQOL conference is taking place in Prague, October 19–22. This year, the theme will be “Redefining boundaries – breaking new ground in patient-centered outcomes research”.
We’ll be there, will you?
We will be hosting a workshop on “Balancing measurement science with user experience practices in eCOA migration” on the first day of the conference at 9 a.m. local time.
With the rise of digital studies, there is a need to support best practices for paper-to-eCOA migration that accommodate digital user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) considerations.
Our workshop will discuss the challenges associated with paper COA migration for use in digital real-world studies. The presenters will provide a summary of common practice, the different levels of migration, and the evidence needed to support measurement equivalence.

The goal is to provide an overview of current gold-standard eCOA migration guidelines, demonstrating where challenges outside of current guidelines may be encountered and exploring potential solutions.
