
Kiran Mistry
Site Monitor
Kiran is a Site Monitor at Vitaccess.
He supports the delivery of our real-world research by managing site setup, monitoring, and data quality across multiple studies. He ensures smooth collaboration with investigators and ethics committees, maintains accurate documentation, and contributes to protocol development and patient recruitment strategies. His role is central to ensuring studies run efficiently and meet high standards of compliance and data integrity.
Kiran previously worked for a global CRO, where he developed a strong background in site management, regulatory compliance and clinical operations. He has contributed to the delivery of more than 10 global Phase I–III clinical trials by applying ICH-GCP compliance, centralized monitoring, and source data management, supporting study start-up through to close-out. His therapeutic experience includes: hematology, hepatology, musculoskeletal, neurology and oncology. He has been recognized as a 2024 PharmaTimes Clinical Researcher of the Year Semi-Finalist.
Kiran holds a PGCert in Materials, Modelling and Manufacturing, as well as a Master’s by Research in Tissue Engineering & Regenerative Medicine from Swansea University. His research focused on the development of novel collagen materials using electrospinning, with further development into a biosensing coating.
Outside of work, Kiran is an avid American Football fan, enjoys Bouldering and going to the gym. He also loves to cook and wants to continue exploring the world through food.
