She brings expertise in focused solutions for people management, development, and engagement to support the plans and priorities of the company. Alongside working strategically and operationally with the Vitaccess leadership team to deliver our business strategy, Michelle also supports the wider team by driving our people and culture program. Supporting our people has always been central to our values at Vitaccess, and now that we have a fully distributed workforce it’s more important than ever that we remain connected.
With extensive generalist HR experience, the majority of Michelle’s career has been within the life sciences arena. She previously worked for a pharmaceutical contract and development manufacturing organization where, in addition to leading the HR team across their UK facilities, Michelle gained experience of regulatory audits, having contributed to numerous inspections by the US Food and Drug Administration and the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency.
Prior to joining Vitaccess, Michelle worked within a small tech start-up; her activities were focused on developing their HR model and guiding it through chaos to a steady state.
She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys the theater and is a motor racing enthusiast.
