Bethany Clarke, MSc

Real-World Evidence Biostatistician

Bethany is a Real-World Evidence Biostatistician at Vitaccess.
She is a key contributor to our digital real-world patient registries, managing research datasets, data processing, performance of statistical analyses, and data cleaning and quality checks in order to drive our RWE generation activities. She combines her expertise in strategic thinking and scientific rigor to ensure we derive the most value from the data generated by our studies.
Prior to joining Vitaccess Bethany acted as analytical lead in the field of modern slavery research at the Home Office. She was primarily responsible for the quarterly publication of the National Referral Mechanism statistical bulletin, as well as data management, data cleaning, and matching of data sources to create a more comprehensive picture of the prevalence of modern slavery and the support utilized by potential victims.
Bethany completed a BSc at Newcastle University, followed by an MSc in Clinical Nutrition and Public Health at University College London.
Outside of work, she enjoys playing hockey, baking, and taking long walks – weather permitting.
