The FAQs might help you with any questions about using the myThalLog app. The list will be updated regularly. Known issues are listed below the FAQs.

HOW DO I ENTER MY YEAR OF BIRTH?
Tap on the year, a menu then appears that allows you to scroll through the years quickly to find the year you were born. Tap Set when your date of birth is shown in black in the middle row, and then do the same for the month and day. Tap OK when you’re done.  

HOW DO I CHANGE/RESET MY PASSWORD?
Tap on the profile icon (the head and shoulders image) at the top-right of the screen, then Change password.
Please note, you can only do this from the mobile app and not from a desktop or laptop computer.

CAN I USE THE APP ON MORE THAN ONE DEVICE?
The myThalLog app is optimised for use on smartphones only.  
If it helps, you could install the app on several smartphones and use the same log-in details for each of them.

CAN I USE A WINDOWS MOBILE DEVICE?
Unfortunately not. We have chosen not to expend the significant extra resources that it would need to run the study app on that platform.

Known Issues
Currently there are no known issues.

PLEASE NOTE: This app is not meant for adverse events (AEs) reporting. Please report such events to your physician.

The app icon will appear on the home screen of your device. Tap on the icon to begin. You should change the initial password you receive to one of your choosing.
