Are you keen to write about, and contribute to HEOR and real-world evidence projects?

Who you are

You have a BA/BSc in biology, health sciences or health policy. You have excellent writing skills and you have 2-3 years’ experience working in HEOR and market access, either for a consultancy or in a biopharma company, which has filled your consultancy toolkit –experience in a variety of disease areas, understanding the literature findings, primary research outcomes and the pharma perspective, team working, problem solving, organisation, high level of attention to detail, project management, report writing and communication. You are interested in, and have good understanding of, the biopharmaceutical and health care market, ideally across several countries. You are keen to play a key part in the development of a high-growth, innovative (and fun!) company, progressively earning responsibility as quickly as you can demonstrate your talents.

What you’ll do

  • Research and develop content for our MyRealWorld™ state-of-the-art digital real-world evidence (RWE) platform, including study protocols, patient-oriented materials for study apps and communication, as well as academic publications drawn from the RWE datasets we are creating – abstracts, posters and manuscripts

  • Carry out work for the HEOR and market access business, including scoping evidence reviews, Global Value Dossiers, value communication, market access strategy and outcomes research)

  • Understand literature findings, primary research outcomes and the pharma perspective

  • As you already have 2-3 years’ experience, you’ll be able to work on specific tasks with autonomy and proactivity, meeting deadlines, delivering to a really high standard, and contributing strongly to teams of various sizes.

  • Develop search strategies for client deliverables (e.g. scoping and systematic literature reviews, global value dossiers, evidence reviews or gaps analyses) discussing and explaining to clients, manage the review process (abstract review, paper selection and data extraction) and write cogent literature review reports

Sorry it’s a no unless you have:

  • BA/BSc or equivalent degree

  • Excellent mastery of Word, which is your key go-to tool

  • Intermediate level Excel and high-level PowerPoint

  • A critical eye for appraising evidence, as well as a high level of literacy - able to appraise evidence critically and distil into clear, concise language.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills: fluency in English (spoken and written)

  • Shown yourself to be a great team member – senior and junior team members alike love working with you

Bonus points for:
•    Commercial awareness and good understanding of the health technology and pharmaceutical industry
•    Strategic knowledge of leading international health systems
•    Experience in medical writing for digital health

If this sounds like you, excellent!
