We are looking for someone with business analyst and product owner skills, super-organised in an agile environment, who likes to learn and try cool new things to join our small and enthusiastic team of researchers and health consultants based in Oxford.

Who you are:

You have a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, digital health, information technology, business, or related discipline.

You have 3-4 years’ experience working in a fast-paced, agile software development environment, possibly (for extra points!) in the life sciences industry. Your toolkit comprises organisation, independent decision making, problem solving, team working and excellent communication skills. You are not daunted by managing a variety of tasks at the same time and you intuitively anticipate the needs of clients and projects. You are interested in, and ideally have an understanding of, the biopharmaceutical and health care market. What you'll do:

  • Work on projects related to our state-of-the-art digital real-world evidence (RWE) platform business.

  • Gather, catalogue and analyse business and system requirements for our mobile app development as a key part of the development team, most of whom are based in Europe. Use these requirements to create user stories and help our UI/UX designers with wireframe development.

  • Play a part in proposal writing, scoping projects and building project budgets.

  • As you already have 3-4 years’ experience, you’ll be able to work on specific tasks with autonomy and proactivity, executing projects to a really high standard and contributing strongly to teams of various sizes.

  • Work closely with multifunctional project teams, developers, client contacts, vendors and clinical teams.

  • Attend client meetings in the UK and further afield as part of project teams.

You already have:

  • At least a bachelors-level degree in a maths/science subject;

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); strong business/scientific written English.

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

  • Fantastic time management and personal organisational skills.

  • Experience working in an agile development environment.

  • Excellent mastery of eliciting, documenting and managing client and project requirements

Bonus points for:

  • Knowledge of leading international health systems.

  • Knowledge of visual and wireframing tools, such as Moqups, Marvel, Zeplin, Visio,

  • Experience of mobile app development and deployment.

  • Excellent mastery of at least some well-used project/requirements management and software tracking tools, such as Wrike, Jira, etc.
